  • Take further action, including removal of repeat infringing content, as necessary

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted or that was attributed to you was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Site before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false or misleading notice of infringement, or a false counter-notification, may be held liable for damages.
